We handle player support directly. There is no outsourced call centre.
Email levandlevltd@levlevltd.uk with the app name, device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue. For purchases, include the Apple ID email you used (not the password).
Common questions
Progress missing. Career data is stored on the device. Deleting the app can remove local saves. Restoring from an iCloud device backup may recover them if a backup exists.
Remove Ads. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID. Use Restore Purchases in the app, then email us if it still does not appear.
Ads. Optional ads are served by Google AdMob. Remove Ads skips interstitial ads where that product is offered. Rewarded ads, if present, stay opt-in.
